Q: How many students does each teacher teach at one time?
A: That is entirely dependent on their schedule but it can vary between one to seven students depending on how many are enrolled and scheduling.
Q: I live outside of Batangas/Philippines. Can I still make appointments?
A: Of course! Our services are open to any Filipino student who strives to learn English so long as there is not any major time zone difference between your availability and working hours.

Q: Can I cancel future appointments if my child or I don't like it?
A: Yes. You can cancel your future anytime by following the necessary guidelines and by calling our staff. There won't be any refunds for the lessons that have already taken place however lessons that have taken place can be refunded.
Q: My child has a disability, can your teaching staff accommodate their needs?
A: Absolutely! Our teachers will adapt and account for said disability in their teaching so as to have the best education experience.

Q: Why do we have to pay even before the lessons start?
A: Having upfront payment makes sure that people have their student/child attend the lesson rather than having to constantly message some parents about their appointments,
Q: We have poor Wi-Fi, what will happen if we are unable to finish an appointment because of network issues?
A: We completely understand this, If for whatever reason you are unable to finish a lesson/appointment it can always be rescheduled to a later date.
